At Kent Raw Dog Food Supplies, we are committed to providing high-quality raw dog food with convenient delivery and collection options.

Delivery Areas & Schedule

We offer delivery throughout Kent, Essex, London, and surrounding areas. Please review the regions we cover to check your eligibility for our free delivery service or contact us to arrange a collection from our premises.

Unfortunately, we are unable to post frozen food at this time, but we are working to introduce this service in the future.

Delivery Schedule:

• ME & TN postcodes: Orders placed by Sunday 9 PM will be delivered on Tuesday.
• DA & BR postcodes: Orders placed by Wednesday 9 PM will be delivered on Thursday.
• Any orders received after these deadlines will be scheduled for delivery the following week.

All deliveries are completed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Should there be any changes to the delivery schedule, we will contact you in advance.

We also deliver in Essex and London, even though these areas are not included in our scheduled postcodes. If you would like a delivery in these areas, please message us with your postcode, and we will confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

Delivery Instructions

If you will not be home to receive your delivery, please leave clear instructions in the “Message to Merchant” section at checkout. We can leave your order with a designated neighbor or in a safe space of your choice.

Please note:

• We do not accept responsibility for missing deliveries if left in a designated location at your request.
• We do not re-deliver. If no one is available and no instructions have been provided, your order will be returned to our premises for collection.

Collection Options

If you are unable to receive a delivery, you can arrange to collect your order from our premises at a scheduled time. If you require an alternative collection time outside of our standard slots, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your postcode is not listed in our delivery zones, please get in touch, and we will try to assist where possible.
